(PC)Loading times are more than 5 minutes each

Title says it all, I have a rather old pc with nvidia770m and 2.8GHz processor but even the games i get 15fps from do not load this long, and i can actually play Absolver fluently if I'm patient enough to wait for the loading screens, I really like your game and appreciate your work, but please 5 mins staring at a screen every time Absolver loads something is just too long.

If you have an HDD led on your PC pay attention whether it is constantly lighted/blinking during loading screens, if it is then the bottleneck of your system is your HDD. Try to defragment the drive where the game is located or even consider its upgrade.
Also, does this happen in the online mode or offline mode? If there is no issue in offline mode, then you should check your connection.
You may also try reinstalling the game and the Steam (do not forget to backup your saves).
