revive bug.

I was on the top floor of the tower when I died next to another player. The player tried to revive but was interrupted by an enemy npc. I was able to move but couldn't see my character. later when the player ran off my character started to spawn in little by little. eventually I could see my player but I was not he ground like I was dead. had to restart the game.
